Città della Pieve

There seems to be some concern, amongst some of our dear friends, that too much is made of eating out here and not enough of the beautiful countryside and buildings-so here you are…..some views around town.

Have taken delivery of two recycling boxes so feel quite like proper residents.

By the by, we just had a simple pizza tonight but those on the neighbouring table had scrambled eggs with toasted bread, served with a sprinkling of this year’s olive oil and a generous shaving of white truffles.  Next time we fancy something simple for supper, I might go for that……
